Oops.  Had to scoot out of Sonora without seeing the Cave, because my clock was set on California time and I didn't realize it.  Instead of being 2 hours ahead, I was behind, and since I crossed into Central time today, I was even behinder.

On my way I passed through the tony hamlet of Fredricksburg.  A beautiful downtown with restaurants and shops you would expect to see in San Francisco!  I even got a great Mimosa, delish pan-fried fresh trout with steamed veges!  Who knew???

Made it to Buescher State Park a few minutes before they closed.  I'll be here for two nights, then onto Lake Charles, I think.  The Park is very nice, my accomodations are perfect, except for the neighbors - huge mosquitos.

Nothing more to report... the hammock and me have catching up to do.

Oh, I did restock on sparkling wine...

To prove that I did something usefull while laying in the hammock all afternoon.  I've chosen some wildlife shots.  Out of the 100 or so that I shot, very few are useable.  The damn hammock would swing in the gentle breeze.  Note the evil-eyed squirell who ruled the camp.
