We are about to leave Rock Sound after 3 days of Strong winds. The sail across was great. Till we got to Davis Chanel where the wind got up over 23 knots. Caught out with too much sail up, so we dropped it all and motored in the last few miles. We had been making 6 to 8.5 knots along the way in short choppy 3 foot waves.

Off to Govenors Harbour tomorrow. Where we see Peter & Sue off and greet Brad & Kathy.

Had my 1st Surf today, about 18 incnes to possibly 2 feet. Still I finally got the board wet.

Brad and Kathy are so excited! We are going over to their house tonight to celebrate Tara's Birthday. Dave and Rhetta are due here around 2:00. Can't wait to see some pictures of you all when B&K get there :-)
