I'm so tired from many things, but mainly from the bad press Mexico has been given.In fact, I really don't like to even mention anything negative about the place, as it's all been written and hyped out of immense proportion!
These people are proud and have history and culture beyond that of us miserable,moany, ungrateful Europeans.
The Mexicans have been oppressed from many quarters for ages and yet they treat US foreigners with the respect we probably don't deserve.I couldn't believe how the American customs treated us last year until they knew we were English ,then abracadabra! We were Charles and Di!
The mexicans have to walk,drive through immigration and customs every day/week/month,to work,visit family in a land that actually was swept from under them.
Anyway,that's enough of that!
I love Mexico and the people they have courage and spirit.
I love Baja and the Sea of Cortez ,becuase it's untamed and carefully treated.
The desert, the sea and people ,like life, must be respected . We are just visitors, not owners!

You are so right Jaquie! The Mexican people are so awesome. For the short time I was there, I will never, ever forget how nice and respectful they were to me. We (foreigners) are visitors to their world but seem to think otherwise.Its really sad. I hope to make it down there again sometime soon. It's one of the best memories that I have.
