Spent a week in hospital. Recovered to the point where I was well enough to fly home, but not do much else (apart from an hours siteseeing). What a disaster. To add insult to injury I spent two days in the foreigner's registration office filling out forms and attending interviews so I could extend the visa which expired while I was in hospital.
