I take the catamaran back to Salvador. The waves were very high but not as intense as yesterday. The boat is also much larger and more stable. Yet, many people were getting sea sick and many others looked close. I can see a business selling Dramamine in the waiting area. I then have to walk to the main bus stop to take a 90 min ride. A cab would have been $56 sine the airport is way out. I saved $55. Then a flight to Belo Horizonte. In all, a 10 hour trip. It beats a 24 hour bus ride. I am now within 10 hours of Rio and can explore some of the interior.

On the way to the airport we get delayed because of a massive music festival on a beach. 8 trucks set up as stages, beer for $.50. I wish I didn't have to leave.
