Well I got my motorbike back from getting a custom luggage holder fabricated, it's not exactly how I wanted it, but it will do just fine. Yesterday as I was right in the middle of buying the bike a guy came up and asked me how my bike searching had gone and if I had any hints for him. His name is Mike and he's from California, we met up again later, he ended up buying the same kind of bike as I and wanted to head out soon, so we decided to go to the next town together, his timetable is a bit more constrained than mine, so we wont be together long, but it will be nice to have someone to travel with for the first leg, he's a big fan of motorcycles and has 3 of them back in the states. He switched hotels to stay in the one I am at, as its more central and convenient. We spent the day walking the markets and streets gathering supplies for the journey, wrenches, screwdrivers, spare innertubes, sparkplugs, tire patches, tire gauge. zip ties, duct tape, ect. We finally got everything we needed, got back to the hotel, checked our bikes over, had dinner, decided on a plan for the morning and went to bed.
