The plane from Tokyo landed us back in Shanghai where we took a super-fast train to Nanjing. It really was fast where we did about 200 miles in just under an hour. Amazing!

Lisa didn't seem to want to join in my gushings about high-speed rail networks but I could tell she was just trying to be cool.
