Well, why is Tokyo so good... its by far the cleanest, yesterday I saw one piece of litter, that's it, just one, and actually one today. it's also the most fashionable city, even beating out London.
Tokyo fantasic restaurants are fantastic, there are thousands of great places to eat, except the budget is a serious problem. Today, we didn't opt for the continental breakfast buffet at Cdn $130. so we slimmed down and had, oatmeal, french toast, tea and apple juice, total bill... a meager $55.
the entire city is superbly fashionable, i'll add some photos to attest to this. even, in my best duds, i look like a canadian farmer in this place.
trains run on very specific times, to the second. everyone is very friendly, extremely friendly, so what else is there... in the underground subways there are plenty of shops and mini restaurants, the whole Ginza, Shimbashi subway area is like holt renfrew. just never ends.
