We got up and started the 8-mile hike back to the traihead. The hike down the switchbacks is a lot easier than the hike up had been, We eventually reached Kenny's car and drove back to Roscoe. I moved my things into my car. Then we ate at the restaurant where I had parked. After lunch, we said goodbye. I set my GPS for Idaho and headed out. I stopped for the night in Ennis.
