I woke up and drove from the Canadian customs parking lot to the US customs.  In just a couple minutes I was on my way.  I drove south for a little while and things looked familiar.  I realized I was at the eastern entrance to Glacier National Park.  I wasn't able to drive across the Going-To-The-Sun Highway when I was here before.  I thought about taking a detour.  It was a sunny day and the lighting early in the morning looked very nice but I decided to keep driving instead.  I know I would have gotten sidetracked taking pictures and would have been in the park all day.

My GPS routed me through Helena, which was unexpected.  Had I realized I'd be driving through on my way to Colorado I wouldn't have stopped there on my way west earlier in the trip.  If I remember correctly, it was raining when I was here before.  I was tempted to go take some outside shots of the capitol but, again, I just kept driving.

I drove until I reached Pocatello, ID, which is fairly close to the Utah border.  My phone works again so it was easier finding a hotel.  I still have 8 hours 16 minutes and 527 miles to go to Telluride, CO.
