I got up ridiculously early to catch my 6:30am flight back to Juneau. The flight went smoothly and we got back to Juneau around 7:00am. I then needed to rush out to my car, get out the camera equipment I'd need for the day, rush to downtown Juneau, find parking and run over to catch my 7:30 Tracy Arm Fjord tour. I didn't quite make it by 7:30 but the boat was still there.

The Tracy Arm Fjord tour is an all-day trip up a long fjord. We made many stops to see wildlife, waterfalls and icebergs on our way to the glacier at the head of the fjord. There was too much ice to get close to that glacier so we went down the fjord and up another arm of it to another part of the same glacier. It was another rainy, foggy, cold day, which seems to be the norm around here.

We spent quite a bit of time at the glaciers waiting for them to calve, which they did a couple times. We then headed back down the Tracy Arm and then up the Stephens Passage to Juneau.
We got back to the dock around 6:30. It was a long day but it's a nice tour and well worth the time. I went to my hotel and checked in.
