We came to Pahrump to attend a four-day defensive handgun class at Front Sight Firearms Training Institute. Our first day of class started at 6:30am today. We registered, had our equipment checked, and headed for the lecture room. There were 560 people attending the classroom lectures today, although many of them are from the two-day defensive handgun or two- or four-day practical rifle classes. There were around 40 people in our section of the shooting portion of the class.

Classes started at 8:00am and ran pretty much continuously until shortly before 7:00pm, making for a tiring day. I've included a picture of how we spent much of our days as well as one of the surreal doorways used for some of the exercises. Now it's time to get to bed so we can start
again tomorrow at 7:30am.
