The movers arrived to take the big furniture to storage. We already have most of the boxes moved there already and just need to finish up the last minute packing. As the movers were loading the last bit of things onto the truck, our realtor came over with the bad news that the contract on the house was being terminated. Not the news we needed to hear. We will need to get things back in shape to be in "show condition" and list it back on the market. Tough break but we will still leave on schedule. The Fonville Morisey team, headed by our agent, Kim Petersen, are sure to manage the property well. Carpet cleaners are scheduled tomorrow and we will keep packing until everything is ready to go. It is going to be a long night.
