Just docked in Nashville, and are staying at the most expensive Holiday Inn known to man. However, it does seem to be walking distance from just about everywhere and has parking so can't complain. We're off to get BBQ later and visit a honkey tonk, both on the recommendation of a Nashville native who happened to sell us our jack daniels merch in Lynchburg!

Tour of the distillery this morning was amazing, but nope, no tasting! We did get a good inhale of vapours from the mellowing vats though, which was almost as good as drinking it! Really understand why Jack Daniels is so expensive now...the tour was great (and free!), the people lovely and it definitely increased my love for the stuff. Though Moore county is dry, they sold 'commemorative' bottles at the distillery so we bought a bottle of Gentleman Jack which goes through the mellowing process twice making it smoother - and got it engraved for an extra $5 :) Haven't tasted any yet, not sure I'm a straight whisky drinker!

Amazing day so far. Also tried my first Taco Bell which was alright, if not a tad confusing to order :)

Feel in a slight timewarp, not sure how long we've been here or how long we've got left!
