We got away from Bemidji and headed east again. We were making great headway and our goal today was to reach the Soo at around 8:00 pm that night. We had a very scenic drive through mixed forest, farmland and hilly areas. It was very much like driving around  Parry Sound ON. We did get a photo though.
We got to the Soo with no border crossing problems and stayed at the HoJo due to us being tired from the very long drive and the late hour. Tomorrow we are going to Manitoulin Island in a more leisurely manner and taking the ferry to Tobermory. We are really looking forward to that leg of our journey. We are feeling sad though as we only have a couple of days left on the road . . .
