I am in a shared room so its me and another girl who is french and works in the restaurant. We have gotten along well and thank god she has a lap top that i was able to borrow to try and get my computer to work with the mobile broadband with 3. Since i am using a Asus EEE and it runs on the linux system i have had some trouble to get it to work and since this place doesn't have the internet i needed to find a way to get it connected as a life with out the internet and tv would kill me!!! so now i have the internet but no tv so thats fine :-)
The place i am living is about 20 mins walk from the hotel and is just past the main st in Egham. There is mostly everything i need in the main st and then a 15 min bus ride away is Staines which has a big shopping mall and all the cheap department stores there.
This weekend i am heading back to london to pick up the rest of my things. I've collected a few things over the last 8 weeks so since i was in a backpackers for a week i didn't bring everything with me. so on sunday i should be set to start work on Tuesday
