Obviously, I was not well prepared when I set foot on Ko Samui. I'm in shock, and feel as if I arrived in Thai Benidorm. My backpack was outnumbered by suitcases on the airport conveyer; which can never be a good sign. There's a 'boozebus' tour, need I say more? I have to find myself a quiet spot, update you on Phnom Penh and Trat, and then get the hell out of here. It's almost detox time!
