Hola Chicos

We decided to take the cheapest option for the bus travel which set us back an almightly 6 pounds for a total of 12 hours of travels. The bus was fine & it did not break down however once the seats were full the bus companies start filling the floor space on the buses. We had a lovely lady sleeping at our feet & our only complaint is that she smelt like she worked in a butchers & had not showered between her shifts.  As the bus was due to arrive in Samaipata at about 5am we booked some accommodation & we were surprised when they turned up to collect the 7 of us as promised. We are slowly realising that sometimes in Bolivia they will tell you promise you things (like a loo on a bus) however they are to be take with a grain of salt. One bed was free so Bern & myself took it while the others watched a film in the sitting room of the hostel. The lovely dusty street lined town is very sleepy but that is the most beautiful thing about the town. After checking out some prices for some tours we started to work out it was going to cost a small fortune to trek there so ended up joining everyone in the only pub in the town.  After an amazing steak meal in Cafe Latina we spent the night dancing on tables in the pub however we were all blaming Chris & Bernie the next morning for the state of our heads. The boys went to the bar & after asking for a beer they came back with a bottle of rum & bottle of coke. Maybe we should be lucky they got us a mixer.
