Good Southern Eats
We drive to Charleston to see Jon's dad Harris waiting at the hotel bright-eyed to see us. Our visit was short but super sweet and savory.  We ate at great southern places, went out to happening southern bars and the hospitality was oh so sweetly southern....I reckon!  We checked out a new boat for Harris  to move to (he just sold his Catalina sailboat), then met his awesomely sweet girlfriend Penny.

    There was a wildlife exposition in town and we got to see amazing birds of prey (spotting birds of prey in the sky and then shouting "Bird of Prey!!" is a favorite car game of ours). 


  And of course we had to stop the car to soak this one in....
