Observation has taught me what I would have never otherwise deduced.
For days on end, Thai people will go about their business in understandable ways. What I mean is there is a logic in why they do what they do.
THere one day the whole country comes unwound. If you see one Thai driving stupid, expect more. I saw a trashpicker with a load of recycle and two small kids in the cart push the cart across a one way street without ever looking in the direction of oncoming traffic. Today a Thai woman in the left lane and about 4 moto lengths ahead of me decided that she wanted to change lanes so she slowed down and eased over clipping my toe. Fortunately I had seen the crazy and was ready for it.
Here are a few day in the life of Mae Sot pics with captions.
