For those who think that Donald Rumsfeld invented waterboarding at Guantanamo, guess again. He may have invented it while serving in the White House of Richard Nixon (see pics).
The Vietnamese people are indefatigable. There wa a guy walking up and down the street selling sunglasses one hour after sunset. The laundry place which opened at 0500 said to pick up tonight at 2100.
In 20 years Viet Nam will be the largest SE Asia economy--because of the people. Hard working, all kids in school, have seen no evidence of drugs, and as a wise woman once said "They REFUSE to be poor".
