Last week I went to the Blue Mountains for the first time since landing in Australia. The occasion was the Magic Winter Festival, a music and food fair taking place in Katoomba, some 2 hours west of Sydney. It was freezing cold (8C during the day, some 2C after sunset). And yet it was worth catching a cold as the festival offered a great atmosphere, a lot of food stalls and as I was with international friends I had a great time. Friends from Argentina, Australia, Brasil, Chile, Italy and Tahiti. Life is good when you share ; )
