Hmm... I woke up from one of the worst headaches in my life. Few hours earlier I was drinking with a bunch of teenagers white grape rakia (50 degrees of poisonous alcohol) and after we all went swimming in Mavrovo lake in the middle of the night. It was cold and muddy, but who cares, we had fun.

It was still dark and dogs were barking outside, making my headache unbearable. I went to the bathroom, threw up, drunken some water and threw up again. I hated myself for drinking like a stupid teenager, even though, well I am not that grown up. When I finally felt better, I fell asleep again.

Couple of hours later my friend Marie,  a lovely french girl who decided to visit me in Macedonia, woke me up and showed me some maps of the National Park she had both earlier that day. We planed our trip, I drunk some yogurt and went outside. It was a beautiful day, not too hot, but so bright and sunny. My kids, as I liked to call them, were already sober and apparently feeling very well, cause they were drinking again and jumping in the shallow rubber swimming pool.

It was the last days of a theater workshop, in which I happened to be the director. Those kids, with their naive youth had become so dear to me, reminding me of what I used to be not too long ago.

Later that day I tried teaching them yoga, but I was the only one left meditating after a while. I felt so good, the memories of my hangover were still vivid, but pain was gone, so I was able to appreciate everything around me twice more than usual.

Later with Marie we made some plans and got ready for our trip. We planned to hike threw mount Bistra, reach the village Galichink, and then continue down to the valley of the river Radika.. and so on..
