It's 2am again, and here I am writing instead of sleeping. Oh well. ; )

I am so happy! I have sold everything I wanted to sell! A nice couple came by tonight and picked up my waterbed, and tomorrow morning my dryer will go away as well. The washer was sold quite a while back (what, a week now? 2? I don't seem to be able to keep track of time these days...). Oh, and the people who bought my bed also bought my CD tower. Yay! I packed up most of my kitchen tonight and will conquer the rest of the packing tomorrow. I'll also move most of my stuff to my mom and step-dad's house tomorrow. Then Sunday is the day for cleaning and finishing up moving out. It's so close!

I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has donated to my travel fund. I know that I thanked you each individually, but I wanted a public thank you as well. Between the generosity of those around me, and the profits from selling my stuff, I feel financially confident in beginning my journey! I may not have to starve after all! Woo-hoo!

In the realm of last-minute, unexpected "fires" popping up, I realized a couple of days ago that I have not yet taken any of my required continuing education for the year for my massage therapy registration. So, I have been scrambling to find a class that fits my schedule and I ended up finding a great class. Tomorrow (when I was planning on moving), I will be learning how to massage my elders. We touched on this a bit in school, but I have always been a bit trepidatious in this area because there are so many possible contraindications, so it will be nice to have more confidence. And I figure there will be a lot of people in this category on cruise ships, so it seems fitting.

Well I suppose at this point sleep might be a decent idea, so it's off to dreamland for me!

Growing ever more excited by the moment,
Brandi Lyn
