El tenedor 近 plaza de mayor!!!

After breakfast I took a bus from Havana to Trinidad for 25 CUC (taxi from havana to viazul 5 CUC).
The journey took 6 hours and I think I would like here as it is a small town.
After meeting the landlord of the casa recommended by landlord in havana, I felt he was not very friendly (25 CUC) so I looked for another casa on my own. I was lucky to get a deal of a single room for 15 CUC, great!
I found a paladar called El tenedor. It offered lobster dinenr set for only 7 CUC, great!!
This is my thought in my bus ride to trinidad.
I was sure the exact difference between socialism & capitalism. But for capitalism people can own their own asset. When they rent out their fixed asset like an apartment or shop , they got rent. It is so different in cuba in which all property are owned by the government. No one can just sit and rent their asset to earn. They must work in exchange for money.
For those worked hard to save money and buy their property by their effort, it is reasonable for them to enjoy a better life as they worked hard for that.
But what about those inheritated the properties from their parents?
They are rewarded without paying any effort. is it reasonable?
it was becoming a trend to learn how to make money by investing, if everyone is earning from investing their money, where does the money come from?
