今日3點出發去睇企鵝，坐了大約一個鐘車程，途中經過 Pueto Williams，是一個比Ushuaia 更南的地方，但係非常之細，旅行書亦冇乜介紹，之後轉坐小船上岸睇企鵝，個導遊話有衣個島有兩種企鵝，邊兩種我就冇聽啦，不嬲唔鐘意聽書，就我既觀察，一種係黃嘴黃腳，一種黑嘴黑腳，我覺得「黃嘴黃腳」個種Cute 好多，當佢地行個時真係超Cute，兩隻手叉開，個肚有大，行得好笨拙，哈哈。
之後我見到佢地有時會長嗚，問導遊點解，佢話當佢地上岸生蛋之後，兩公婆就會分工合作，一個出去搵食，另一個保護隻蛋，咁佢地就用佢地的叫聲話比佢地的另一半知佢地係邊，當一個反番，另一個就出去搵食，好似番shift 咁。
呀原來佢地只係reproduce 的時侯才上岸，大約每年的十月至三月，我又再一次死好命有得睇企鵝。
佢地大約有16年命，同狗差唔多。
影左超多相同埋video。
之後就番去hostel，認識了一個哥倫比亞人，佢知道左我的行程之後叫我到「波哥大」的時候要搵佢，Nice~

今日講「Cultural shock」，Culture shock is the difficulty people have adjusting to a new culture that differs markedly from their own.。
其實cultural shock真係好難形容，我記得係德國exchange番黎，同下一屆去Exchange 的同學分享，其中講到cultural shock，我仲記得我係咁講的:「唔....未shock 過真係好難講比你聽shock的感覺係點」
不是所有人都會經歷到 cultural shock，我在德國試過，經歷 cultural shock 的時候，感覺好lonely，好掛住以往的生活，覺得新的生活好無聊，唔想見人，好想抽離自己。
唔知可以用乜野文字去形容這種感覺。
我的旅程，開始了一個月，衣家都仲okay，我覺得cultural shock主因係生活特然改變得太快，所以我而家保持番部份我係香港的習慣，例如去戲院睇戲，睇書，食飯，雖然冇得同friend吹水，但係email 同msn都可以接受，最煩的就係冇得遊水，真係想像唔到半年唔做運動會點，唔通我要去做其中我最討厭的運動 -「一個人跑步」?!
唔知我今次抗shock的方法work 唔work呢?

At 3pm, the Tour to penguin colony started. On the bus ride to the port, we dropped by Pueto williams, a more southern city than Ushuaia but much smaller. There is not much information from the tourist guidebook. About an hour later, we changed to a smaller boat heading to penguin colony. There are two type of Penguin. One is "yellow mouth yellow feet" another is "black mouth back feet". I like that "yellow mouth yellow feet" more. They are so cute when walking!!!!!! See the picture!!!
Sometimes they made a long sound. I asked the tour guide why. She told me after penguins had the eggs, the couple would work shift. One went for fishing another protected the eggs. That Long sound was helping them to locate each other.
They were only in the island when reproducing in Oct - March. I am lucky again.
Their life is around 16 years, similar to dogs.
I met a colombia guy he told me I must visited him in bogota. Nice!

Today I wanted to share about "cultural shock",Culture shock is the difficulty people have adjusting to a new culture that differs markedly from their own.。
Actually it is not easy to describe how it feels like when experiencing cultural shock. When I was sharing with the upcoming exchange student in HKU, I talked about cultural shock.
This is what I said.
"The only way to know what it feels is to experience it"
Not everyone experiences cultural shock. I did when I was studying in Germany. It felt like sort of lonely, missing the life back Home, so bored by the new life, dont' want to meet anyone, want to withdraw from the social life.
My travel just started a month. Now I am fine. I think the reason of my cultural shock in Germany is the rapid changing of lifestyle. So now I kept my habit like watching movie, reading, eating rice. Although I couldn't meet up with my friends, msn & email would be a acceptable substitute. But the biggest trouble is I couldn't swim here. Shall I go running??
(which I don't enjoy)
