- My most favorite trip was at ILOCOS SUR,VIGAN it was last 2 summers ago with my family and friends. Vigan, is a World Heritage Site in that it is one of numerous Hispanic towns in the Philippines. We stayed at my tita's house and we stayed there for almost a week.:)). They have a rest house there.
Our first destination was at the BEACH! hoooooh! The sand was not that perfect compared to Boracay but it was perfect! i love the beach as much as others do. The sun was perfect and the waves were, well wavyyy! (ahahaha) We stayed there the whole afternoon, enjoyed every minute of it. Eat, Swim, Eat, Play and Eat again. :))
Second was at the City of Vigan, our first stop, BALAUARTE! It is 80 hectares of gently rolling terrains, hills and mountain sides etc. and owned by Chavit Singson. I enjoyed taking pictures with my family and the animals( hehehehe) . Our next stop vigan, Calle Crisologo, were you can find Souvenir items. The First item that I Bought was a T-SHIRT, then my papa was fanned of buying Different Salakot. We also bought TABAKO for pasalubong because it was very cheap and natural :)) after shopping, we ate the famous EMPANADA and the famous OKOY! It was good and one of a kind Taste. Make me wanna say. "gimme more, gimme gimme" (Britney Spears) hahahaha.
After the whole morning of gallivanting we rode a KALESA, touring us in the City. We went to Different spots and landmarks, such as churches, towers etc. and other Souvenir Shops. It was a fun day!
On the next day, we went to BATAC, it is a long drive away to Vigan, so its my chance now to Sleep in the Car. We went to the Museum of Ferdinand Marcos. It showcases memorabilia of Ferdinand E. Marcos and a large stately and gloomy tomb housing his embalmed remains which are contained in a vacuum-sealed glass coffin. The room was very dark and very creepy. Yet, One of a kind.
The day before our Last day we went on a Resort with perfect white sand beach and Enjoyed our Last day!
That trip was Fun fun fun fun fun fun fun fun!! that trip never ended because every summer we never forget to go to VIGAN!! :))
