Today is our last full day on this trip. We have to get back to Oslo and get on the plane back home at 11:45 am.

In the morning Elsa and Monday make breakfast of rice, eggs, chicken and beef.

Then we he had a Bible Study. It's a challenge to have the right kind of study which will be understood. I'm not fully sure about how much English they really understand, but do know that they understand more than they speak. But, this morning Bev asked Monday, "How are you?" Monday's reply was "I'm 52." We kind of left it at that.

We did a reading of Psalms 27-29 and other scriptures and it proved to be very helpful. Monday got out her Karen Bible and I saw that she completely understood. I found, too, when speaking in Estonia in Russian where the communication may have limitations that having them follow scriptures in their native language is the most effective thing you can do. Telling stories is the least effective thing you can do....you will lose people VERY quickly! Monday had some questions about the verses. I'm trying to find a way for regular contact on email with useful study guides that we can be going through together even though we are so separated.

We wanted to get to the train station in plenty of time in case of any missed communications. It's snowing heavily outside. We ask for a taxi at 10 am. A lady taxi drive appears exactly at 10 am. In ten minutes we are there. We could have stayed another half hour with the Doh's but wanted to make sure nothing was going to keep us from the train. It was snowing heavily and it looks absolutely charming. At the train station there was a long-term parking lot. The cars were under heavy snow and it will take lots of work to get them uncovered!

We got on the train for Oslo exactly at 10:58 AM. It's a fancy-looking train that just started service on January. 6th. The engine looks like a big computer mouse. Time on these trains goes quickly. It seemed no time before we arrived in Oslo exactly at 3:26 pm. The train for Oslo airport was on the same platform and left 5 minutes later. It is so convenient. We were at the aiport in 25 minutes. Then a shuttle to the Thon Hotel.

It was good to get rid of our luggage at the hotel! In an hour we took the train back into Oslo to meet and old acquaintance from years gone by. We spend the evening with him at Pepe's Pizza and discussed lots of things in a great conversation going back to years gone by.

Back on the train to airport. Tomorrow we return to the USA via London and Chicago.
