Today most of us disperse and there is a sadness in the air.  The Swedish Summer Gathering has been a total success in getting many of the Nordic/Baltic brethren together.  We had a total of 38 come.  On high attendance was 34 on the Sabbath.  Several had never known of each before, but they sure do now. Our mix of sermons and seminars was not only good in content, but the amount of time we had for meetings, socializing and just enjoying nature was just right. It wasn't too short and not too long.
The last presentation was mine and was entitled "The Gospel of the Kingdom of God."  We passed out the last of the handouts and tidied up the meeting hall.  A number of our people had to leave on the 1:06 PM train that headed towards Stockholm.  Some of the brethren such as the Asians both in Norway and Finland had to leave earlier for their respective destinations.
We are talking about doing this again in July next year.  Bev and I stay another day and won't leave until Monday morning for Stockholm.
We spent the afternoon sitting in the warm sun and talking with the few left ....Anthony and Marguarita Miles from Oslo, Solveig Hammer from Stockholm and Paul and Kira Spenser from Mjölby.
The length of daylight is long; we spent the rest of the day basking in the success of warm aura of how well this weekend went.  Tomorrow on to Stockholm.
