Today was a leisurly morning.at the Banda estate.  It is so pleasant with all the things that they have growing on their property. We had breakfast outside. The Luwanja's are still here and will be leaving on Sunday AM back to Malawi. It was wonderful to have this rare intermingeling between tha African nations.

Shirley Banda has been very sick and in a lot of pain.  Kambani had to take her to emergency.  They gave her some medication for the pain....she will come in later in the week for some tests.
Tine….talk about her.

We have enjoyed getting to know Tine, Kambani's daughter who has a wonderful history of graduation from Law School in Cornell in New York, working in Jordan and other achievements.  She is very pleasant to be with and we've appreciated the time we have had with her.

We then drove out to the Feast site where services will be held today.  Most of the brethren came out in the Cantor.  Thankfully, it's a relatively short ride and not too hard on them.  See the photo.

In the evening we got pizza's and drinks at Shoprite.  Then Ammarula and ice cream and had a lively conversation in the evening at the Banda's.
