I managed to drag Lorna out for a walk around town today. Potosi is a lovely city and I think it is actually a World heritage site. It is also the highest city in the World at 4060 metres above sea level.
There is a lovely main plaza and nice cobbled side streets making a little like a small York I suppose. There is a large cathedral on the square, but not in the same league as York Minster.

Unfortunately, with it being Sunday, most things were actually shut. Even the museums, contrary to the 'Lonely Liar', had all shut at 10.30am!
It was still nice to have a steady stroll round and take in the scenery.

Just after 12 noon it became obvious that Lorna was feeling a little better. She reminded me that we hadn't had breakfast yet and had spotted a place that did scrambled egg on toast (Pizzeria Italia it was called - all Bolivian restaurants seem to have the word pizza in their name!).

We went in and ordered, and I decided on the bacon & eggs on toast....of course. I also had a lovely milky coffee, whilst Lorna got a free orange juice.....and this is where it all went wrong again!!
It seems that this OJ wasn't of the best quality....you could say that about most OJ's I suppose, eh Simpson...anyway, after a short walk from the restaurant, Lorna became ill again. Poor girl is just not having much luck on our 2nd visit to Bolivia!

We went back to the hostel for a couple of hours whilst she pulled everything together.
In the evening I decided to nip out to see what food I could find for us. The last two Sunday's, we have had fantastic Sunday Roast Dinners....no chance here though!!
I managed to find a place that did Roast Chicken portions and also did Roast Potatoes....but that was it! I took this back as my offering, and although it produced a little frown from Lorna, she appreciated my effort. Again, as she had been hit by the bug again, she wasn't into eating much anyway!
