Another hot & sunny day today.
We got picked up from Twizel around 10.45 by our final Stray driver, Karlyn.

This was pretty much a full day of travel. We stopped off at Lake Pukaki for some great views of Mount Cook, then stopped off at Lake Tekapo.
There was a small church here that had fantastic great views over the lake and on to the mountains. It did seem pretty random though in the middle of nowhere.
There was even a statue of a dog on a rock!.....yeah, dunno why.....just a dog, on a rock! This is a freaky part of the country.
We had lunch in a town called Geraldine before continuing on to Christchurch, arriving about 4pm. We are stopping at Cokers Backpackers for the next three nights before we go off to Oz.

We did a Pak 'n' Save shop, had dinner then watched TV in our room - yes we had a tv in our room - coolio.
