We started the day well rested after an eventful travel day frought with delays, food vouchers and freezing airports.  We woke to the smell of fresh ground coffee brewing which we happily drank on our balcony overlooking paradise.  Cindy and Jeff are raring to go (what else is new) and head out to the front desk to buy water, Barb and Becky cook a delicious breakfast back at the ranch with eggs, bacon, toast and jam.
Always up for a bargain, Becky and Barb do the yeomans job of grocery shopping and head out to Le Grande Marche to get breakfast and lunch supplies for the week.   Jeff and Cindy head to the beach!!!    By the time Becky and Barb hit the beach the slow burn was well underway!!  With snorkel mask in hand Jeff heads to the water to do some underwater fish watching.    Barb, decked out in her new bathing suit proceeded to say she wouldn't burn today!!
Cindy, who is tonight suffering 3rd degree burns on both legs remarked "my legs never burn"!  Becky, the fairest maid on the island, slathered with SPF50 escapes the burn.   Lastly Jeff hit the pool, spending time gazing out at St. Barts from the infinity edge of the pool.   He perhaps spent a few minutes too many for his shoulders sake, as the burn would not be denied.   The rest of the afternoon was lazy, filled with naps, reading and whatever else anybody wanted to do - just as it should be on vacation.
Everybody finished with the day with a sumptuous Caribbean buffet at Infinity.  Jeff discovered plantains and loved them.
The group retired to the room for the night to blog about their day and share with their loved ones who we all wished were here.   And so we sit at the end of the day looking out at the full moon over the water, and bid you good night.
