Where I stayed
Hostal Helen - $20 double, fridge, ensuite, tv, parking, good
Rain, rain, rain, rain, rain!
Its good that we planned to rest today and not visit the Manuel Antonio National Park...as it hasn't stopped pouring (and we mean real cats and dogs pouring!) for 3 days. We are told by locals that it might stop tonight as its some weather effect coming in from Panama, but the hairdresser said it would stop on Saturday (and frankly...hairdressers are much better at predictions!)
We drove the final 60 kms to Quepos which is a fishing port with a few shops and restaurants in it. Its basically where all the tourists stop the day before the visit to the park. So here we will stay.
Marcos took some time off to cut his hair...which was becoming a bit of a nightmare...
