Where I stayed
This morning, we all woke up fresh from the privious days tired journey. I had initially set the alarm at 8 am for us to head for breakfast, despite the alarm ringing so many times this morning, none of us wanted to wake up to go for breakfast, must have been the mattress...it was too cosy.
I woke up first at 10 am, had my shower and fixed myself a coffee and then followed by my brother. We were all ready and seated in the room until 12.00 noon and we headed to the lobby to check out of the hotel, as my meeting in Kemaman is at 1pm. Just a note, the states of Terengganu and Kelantan in Malaysia run the Islamic calendar, hence their working week starts from Sunday to Thursday, Friday and Saturday being a public holiday.
The check out process was smooth as always at this hotel. By 12.20, we set out in our car heading to Kemaman. With the help of my GPS, I did not miss a single road and arrived at the destination at 12.45 pm.
After a short wait, we headed to the meeting rooms for a discussion, whereas my brother was waiting at the 'Waiting Room'/ Right after the meeting, we head for lunch, tagged my brother along with me as well and they were quite accomodative as well. The good things is that they were both anglers as well, just like my brother and there seems a lot to talk on that subject among then.
We had lunch, at their office canteen itself. This canteen is run in a cafe concept, built under the shade of trees. The food here is very good, serving right from local food, to Chinese Food and even Western Food. We had some Grilled Chicken Chops and the other two gentleman had some noodles and Fried Rice, the local Terengganu way. This discussion over lunch continued for another one hour almost and with lunch we concluded the meeting, created some action plans and parted, hoping to meet each other soon with some positive progress.
With that, we drove out of that office and I picked up a beautiful beach directions on my GPS and we decided to head there for a while too. This is Kemaman Beach,l another spectacular beach, in my opinion. It was extremely clean, crystal clear waters and simply soothing to the eyes.
There was some activities happening here as well, lots of stalls, some guys fishing, some enjoying nature and some serious fishermen too. I decided to spend a lilttle bit of time here until I became a little uncomfortable, as I was in office attire, then we decided to leave. I seriously needed the air conditioning of the car at this point. Of course, for keepsake, I did take quite a number of photographs which I have included here too. From here, we are heading back to the state of Pahang, heading to another unknown cave which is more than 500 Million years old.

Oh Wow!!!!!!....This is an amazing beach Venoth.
Hi Jay, yes it is, such a wonder. One could just sit there and observe the beautiful waters for hours.
I would not just observe but be in the water .
Unfortunately, this beach is a Coral Reef protected Site and it is strictly no swimming :)
