Where I stayed
Around 50 minutes drive from Kemaman heading towards Kerteh, lies this beautiful beach by the name 'Pantai Kemasik'. It is such a serene place whereby there is no mud sediments in this beach due to the structure and formation of natural stones that stand out from the sea...somewhat similar to 'James Bond Island' in Phuket, Thailand.
Its a fully open beach, great for picnics, kite flying and also just to sit and relax your mind. I spent almost 30 minutes here at this beach, we left by force due to the circumstances and the other things which we had to attend to.
I would like to strongly recommend this place to any visitor heading to Terengganu, especially the southern hemisphere of that state.....to sum this place up in one word....MAGNIFICENT. Now I know why some of my local friends in Kemaman insisted that I visit this place.
