Getting all prepared for another working trip and a short personal holiday to Singapore. This was something which I had planned for a long time but never materialised, that is to visit Universal Studios in Singapore.

Despite the fact that I go there often, never had the opportunity to visit the place and spend some time at Universal Studios, most of my previous trips being intra day. This time, I would be leaving tomorrow early morning at 6 am flight and would be there for the next few days.

I do hope that with this trip, I am able to spend some time at the Universal Studios Park in Sentosa Island. I have also been briefed by some friends that its polling day this weekend in Singapore, that shows its been some time since I caught up with the news...hehehe

Anyway, polling in Singapore is not like Malaysia and I dont expect it to be much different than any other usual day, unless I am in for some new surprises once I get there.Personally, I expect to be in Sentosa on Saturday morning, out from the main island of Singapore and spend the weekend there.

However, the rates seem a little steep though. They have a package called the 2D 1N Package which comes up to SGD 588 including taxes. I was also informed that the park rates are only SGD 100 for two and that leaves SGD 488 for the hotel alone, is it really that expensive, anyway, it must the branding that had inflated the cost so much.

Anyway, I have just completed the booking and payment a while ago and dont see any reason to fret over it, just to go there and have a blast. Hope to keep the entries coming when I am there in Singapore.
