From the Summer Palace, we were taken to a restaurant in one of the back lanes of old town Beijing. All along the way, I was hoping that the temperature might go up at some point, however, it never did. I guess it kept getting colder as the day headed towards noon.

We then arrived at this restaurant at around 1pm. We had lunch here, mostly typical Beijing style cooking.

This lunch stop was brief as well. By 2.10 pm, we walked out of the restaurant heading back to the bus to continue on our journey.
