I arrived at the airport at 9.00 pm sharp. Luckily the journey was fine and the traffic was smooth all along the way. The journey was not boring as well because the cab driver was a little chatty all along the way.

Once I got off at the airport, I went in to check in my luggage. At the check in counter, they told me that the flight has been delayed and the new departure time was at 0030. Hmm....luckily it was just an additional one hour but still I had to be doing something to kill time....I had 3 hours at my disposal.

Took the sky train which goes to the terminal and there bought a book. As I very familiar with this airport, there was not anything much for me to walk around and see. I decided to have dinner. There was this restaurant by the name of Jalan Alor Cafe, kind of selling street food. Settled at that shop. At first I ordered something else but everything that I asked for was not available for that day. Finally I asked the person at the counter what is available, and she told me only fried noodles were available. I ordered a plate of noodles and a coke and the bill came to RM 23.

Once you make the payment, they give you a gadget. Its basicly a pager. Once the food was ready, they would page you and you would have to return the pager and collect your food. Very unfriendly approach but it works. It would have been better if these guys face the customers with a smile at least.

After dinner, I just lazed at the terminal while reading the book and finally came to call to board the flight. At sharp 0030, the flight took off.
