We went with the driver to his family house and were greeted by his family. In fact, they insisted that we have lunch but since time was running short, we promised to stop over on the way back to Chennai.
Had some quick moor and the driver also packed so spare clothes for himself.
We then went to the beach area (Bay of Bengal), drove through the town and left after stopping by at a liquor shop as I wanted to try some local brewed whiskey. Bought Mc Dowell, seems to be the best Indian Whiskey and decided to give it a try.
At 1.30pm we left Pondichery.
