From Vallimalai, we headed to Vellore, not to the Central Jail :p , but the Mahalakshmi Golden Temple. Upon arrival at 3.35pm, we found that the crowd was heavy, hence we decided not to go in because my next destination i.e. Tiruvannamalai was more important to me and I wanted to spend more time there. 

We just stood around and took some photos from the rear of the temple and left at 3.50pm.
