This is a great place where one can witness the natural wildlife of Australia in a tamed environment. Here, there are Dingos, Koalas, Tasmanian Devils, Kangaroos and a few more animals. All the animals are let loose within a small captive area and they are very used to tourists.
Except for the Tasmanian Devils, all the other animals are open to public to pet them and even take photographs with them. The entrance fee was surely high but as for me, it was already included within the tour fare.
It was interesting for me as I have never seen a live Koala and Tasmanian Devil and this was my very first experience. The kangaroos were also very tame and I was able to get very close with them. Some of the visitors even hugged the animals and take photos with them.
Generally the farm itself is not very big and you can do a loop within half an hour, perhaps you may want to spend more time with the animals but a visit to this place would not require more than an hour.
As this was coastal land, the weather at this time was quite hot, except for occasional cold breezes that blew through.
In about an hour, we vacated this place and our next destination was Phillip Island.
