road surface is here? It’s really hard
to believe. All I can think is that not
enough people drive between these far apart towns to complain. Then we pull into Mackay and it’s like
finding yourself on Highway 99 in the 1960’s.
Our “Comfort Inn” leaves a lot to be desired. I asked to change rooms and got a firm, why? There are 4 cars in the parking lot. Really.
I guess it had to happen that we get one bad hotel in the 3 weeks
we’ve been staying in hotels. I just hope as we head north that we don’t
run into more of the same. This one is
rated 4 stars. Let me just say somebody
screwed up!

Hotel sounds bad. Been in a few like that over the years and wonder how they stay in business.
We are in Arizona for March. Plan to see the Volzs on the 16th.
