Got my driver to take me to Ajanta Caves about 100 km north of Aurangabad. These caves were hidden for many centuries and not too much is known about them except that mostly Budhists monks carved and used them over many centuries. A stunning location overlooking the river and the 30 caves spread in a wide horse shoe arc.

Another exhausting day but truly the last two days i have seen something special.

Managed to get back to my hotel in time to see SA fall apart against Pakistan - chops.!!

Have to check out early as the rule of the hotel is you have to check out at the same time you checked in. ie if you arrive at 7 in the morning you have to leave at 7am on the day of check out. similarly if you arrive at 11.30 at night you must leave at 11,30 or pay another night. Go figure.
