We survived the bus trip and ended up in beautiful Salta. As we move north and approach the Bolivian boarder the landscape, people and architecture are very different from Southern Argentina. We spent the morning hiking to a city overlook and the afternoon lounging in the town square drinking espresso and reading. Next stop Cachi.
