Carlsbad is finally occupied by Russians to the delight of Czechs. How did Russians do it? They have used rubles rather than tanks and Czechs love money even in the shape of rubles.
How did Russians learn to use money rather than arms? They were taught the way to do business by the Americans who bought the whole of Holy Russia for close to nothing.
