Where I stayed
(We don't really have anymore to say about it...)
We had lunch on deck and as usual watched the guys set the sails. At 3pm I joined the walk-a-mile group for the daily rounds. Our group got bigger today, I assume more people realized that their pants got tighter.
After that our cruise director Lisa announced a surprise: we were going to do a foto-safari. We got divided into small groups, had to put on life jackets and then boarded the zodiacs. Entering the zodiacs was (for some) quite difficult as there were a lot of waves. The tour on the zodiac was quite rocky but well worth! We went all around the Sea Cloud with short stops to take pictures. With the blue sky and a few clouds we had an amazing scenery. It was really great!!!
The last zodiac was not full, so lucky me got a second round :-)
We enjoyed the rest of the afternoon on deck and watched the riggers strike the sails. (I learned that it is called "strike the sails" when they take them away.)
After dinner we went to the lido bar where we enjoyed the performance of the "Sea Cloud Shanties". The crew dressed up and sang sea shanties in English, German and Filipino. It was a lot of fun.
