We met our driver Angleo who was a very nice. We got a whole van/mini bus to ourselves. Max had been picked up that day earlier in the morning while we were still on the plane, because he has arrived the night before. We hoped on the bus and chatted with Angelo and all was good, he told us that the ride was going to be about 2 to 2 and a half hours. I drifted off and woke to find us stopped dead on the highway, stuck in a crazy amount of traffic. We waited with the car not moving a millimetre for about 45 minutes. We then started to move again very slowly and about a half hour later we were dead stopped again for a loooong time. Angelo then took us on a "short cut" on the windiest and hilly roads I've ever seen. Finally after about 3 hours and 45 minutes we met up with another driver who was to take us from that point on to pacure in his 4x4 car/jeep thing. Since our flights and everything had delayed us, we missed the white water rafting that max and other travelers got to do, since we couldn’t do the rafting, we had to go in by car. Let me tell you, that road we went on was the craziest, most pot holed, steepest, rocky, dangerous road I have ever been on, let alone seen, in my entire life. It was quite terrifying. My mom and erin were pretty scared, my mom had to close her eyes and squeeze my hand a couple times while erin did her high pitched scream at other times. I took a gravol and somewhat kept my calm while my dad chuckled and videotaped from the front seat. When we got out of the car and were told that we had to get in this bucket type thing to 'zip-line’ across the river, which was easy as pie compared to the drive. In the end I am very happy to be white water rafting out of here because I do not want to get in

another crazy car ride like that. In the end it took us
about 27 hours to get from point A to point B. Well worth it tho.
