Today was a fun day! We went to Guinness and had our awesome tour. Anthony was our tour guide and he knew pretty much everything. We enjoyed a self-poured Guinness at the gravity bar and had a nice view of rainy Dublin.
It did rain all day though. All day. After our tour we hit the brazen head pub and made friends with some Norwegians and had a pint. We posted our dollar note on the wall for the brazen heads had a grand old time. Then we headed back to the hostel, relaxed a bit before going out.
We visited the temple bar district and had dinner at elephant and castle, where we ran into our Norwegian friends again. We then hit the pubs. Temple bar was outrageous expensive, so we didn't stay there long. We ended up back at the same pub we were at the night before and then asked directions for a few other places.
We walked to one that was recommended, then got directions to a really local place called the cobblestone that was supposedly just up the street... It was not. At least a 45 minute walk. We wandered for 30 and stopped for directions and then after we determined it was way too far we headed back to our hostel where we promptly passed out. Good day.
