00:00:01 - Whilst asleep, I entered my 40th year.
05:30 - The alarm clock went off, so we packed and got ready, as we had a train to catch
07:00 - As the train pulled away from Ahmadabad, thoughts of a birthday celebration were far from my mind
09:00 - Lucy pulled out a birthday cupcake, but there were no candles
12:00 - Lucy made me a peanut butter birthday sandwich
17:00 - The train pulled into Mumbai, and we were mobbed by taxi drivers. They all tried to rip us off to no avail
19:00 - We had a birthday dinner of Channa Masala and Alu Ghobi, washed down with a pepsi
21:00 - Desert was taken. McDonalds Chocolate Fudge Sundays
22:00 - Chocolate cake was found, followed by hot chocolates
00:00:01 - As the clock ticked past 12, I had achieved another milestone. First 18, then 21, and now 40. It might only be a number, but it sure is a big one
